BLT Popovers - Delicious!



Last weekend Bryan and I were watching a show on Food Network about the best appetizers in the country. The BLT Steak house in NYC apparantly makes these wonderful delights! We googled the recipe and Bryan baked them up. He's a much better baker than I am - I have heard many stories about him helping his Mamaw with baking bread and other yummy things. So, this was right up his alley. They were really wonderful. Here's a link to the recipe and some photos. Oh, they are topped with Gruyere cheese!
